MTS Nafeza: The Digital Backbone of Egyptian Trade

This project transforms the abstract complexity of global trade into a cinematic, data-driven narrative. Using 3D Motion Graphics, we visualized the dramatic shift from the “second journey” of manual bureaucracy to a unified digital nervous system. The visual direction focuses on the contrast between the “Analog Era”—represented by cluttered, tactile textures—and the “Smart Era,” defined by sleek, glowing data streams and interconnected 3D nodes.

To emphasize the scale of MTS Nafeza, we integrated AI-generated environmental assets and procedural 3D modeling to represent the 130+ customs sites and 32 government entities now operating under one roof. By mixing realistic 3D renderings of shipping ports with abstract overlays of Blockchain and IoT, the video achieves a high level of engagement, making the transition from 29 days to 9 days feel like a monumental technological leap.
